RGV Rocket Club February Meeting

The RGV Rocket Club met on February 15, 2024 at Rudy's BBQ in Pharr, Tx for our Monthly meeting.  Randy, and Sylvia were in attendance and we welcomed Tyler Busse and his Dad to the meeting.  Tyler joined the club and is looking forward to our next launch.  The finances were reviewed.  Randy gave an update on the NAR grant received by our NAR section.  We received $250 and applied it toward a fire extinguisher and traffic cones which cost more than the grant provided but Randy and Sylvia donated the difference.  Tyler shared pics of his recent rocket launch and received one of the RGV Rocket Club give away rockets.  Plans are in place for our usual 3rd Saturday launch in March with our next meeting to be the Thursday just prior to the launch.  Randy has posted both events on Facebook and the Website events page.
